Warranty

The warranty system of Carberry GmbH company ensures the fastest replacement of broken part in case it's required.

All FIXAR suspension elements are covered by manufacturer's warranty: 12 calendar months from purchase day.

Manufacturer's warranty is not applied to cases where item was broken due to incorrect installation or due to non-compliance with the vehicle operation rules.
Warranty statement needs to be sent to the manufacturer not later than 30 calendar days from notice of the defect. Statement review and the provision of a new product instead of broken one is made in time established by current legislation.
All new items provided in case of warranty use are also fully covered by manufacturer's warranty.
